Shop with confidence. All orders processed on Fetch my wardrobe are covered under our Fetch my wardrobe Buyer or Rental Protection. All orders are sent to us for verification and authentication. and we guarantee this as part of our return policy. You may lodge a claim and return any item to us for a full refund within 7 days. MAKING A CLAIM
We take responsibility for misrepresentation and unauthentic products purchased on Fetch my wardrobe and facilitate all buyer and seller disputes within 7 days of delivery. When making a claim, we may require postage documentation and/or proof of damage photograph to assess whether you all eligible for any compensation. We recommend you kept all receipts, proof of shipment and delivery, and photos of your orders. Please contact us to lodge a claim.

RELISTING AN ITEM
In the event that the seller's policy does not allow you to return an item, we recommend you to re list it on our site. Simply click on "List an item" in your menu bar and fill in the blanks.

 

RENTAL RETURNS
Our Rental Protection means that in the event your rental does not arrive on time or if it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you are able to submit a claim with us and may be eligible for a full refund. Fetch my wardrobe does not handle returns and exchanges for change of mind, please refer to the owner's returns policy and contact the owner directly.
