We estimate an average delivery timeframe of less than 5 days.
However, the delivery timeframes depend on the sellers' timeframe in sending us your purchase for authentication and packaging. We regularly remind the sellers and will keep you informed by email of the status of your order.

All Australian orders will attract a flat fee of $14.95.

For heavy or bulky items, the shipping rate provided is only an estimate and extra charges may apply.



The owner will ship your rental to your nominated address to arrive on the first day of your rental period, please make sure that you are available during business hours at the nominated address to receive your rental.
We recommend double checking with the owner on the return address. You are responsible for sending the item back to its owner at your own cost.

In your Dashboard, click on the “My Purchases" tab. From here you can view all orders you have made through Fetch my wardrobe. Your tracking details here will get updated once your order is dispatched. You should also receive an email notification. If you don't, please check your "My Preferences" tab or make sure that the email we have on record in your profile is correct.
